The International Concertina Association for the Concertina Hall of Fame was duly organized at a meeting of interested concertina players and concertina club members, at Union, Michigan, April 6th, 1975.

To perpetuate and promote the concertina image, interest and participation, a contributing factor being the forming of a Concertina Music Hall of Fame to honor and encourage the living contributors; and venerate and commemorate the Deceased who have contributed to the preservation of the concertina.

Present Officers were empowered to appoint Regional Directors of Vice Presidents in strategic sections of the United States and the world, and will include an officer or designate of each of the concertina clubs and associations thru-out the world.
